  Volunteer training day May 21st 10 
  The sailing season is officially  open!      
  Hey  Y-Knot! 
  Sailing classes have started this weekend and we are preparing for a superb Volunteer training day May 21st 10 am
  Hoping to get all our volunteers together for this training.  We will have a review in the morning then break out sessions down at the docks, for “on land” and “on water” volunteers. Rex Moon is leading up the Captain/ Coach training.  We will have all Captains fill out a form with their portfolio of sailing experiences.  This year we are organizing Captain/ Coach  approval process to assure the safety of our Y-Knot sailors.

  Our first sailing day is on Saturday May 27th. This is being organized as a racing clinic for sailors interested in racing in the Chowderfest on Sunday May 28th.
   
  We are looking for volunteers for this afternoon as well as for Sunday May 29th to help sailors prepare for the race at the camp and also at the Sagamore.

  We are also organizing a table for our group at the Sagamore’s Chowder Fest   on Saturday night. The Chowder Fest dinner is $55 for adults, $25 for ages 6-12, and $10 for ages 5 and under. A portion of the $  going to Y-Knot .

If interested, You can join us on the “Morgan” on Sunday morning to view the race.  It includes a day on the lake and then lunch afterwards at the Sagamore. The cruise and lunch on Sunday is $20 per person. These prices are plus the tax and service charge.  Please call
