Good luck Brian. We were lucky to have you as long as we did. As waterfront directors go, you were a shinning star and a nice guy.
 Thanks for a good year!

Subject: [Yknot-list] Setting a course for new seas

Dear friends:

In working here at Chingachgook YKnot has always been my favorite
program and my favorite part of my job. So as 2006 winds down I want to

start this letter with a thank you to everyone in YKnot who made this
year a success. The boats are all stored away now and the weather on
the docks is much less pleasurable than it was this past summer. But my

memories of the 18 sailing days we had this past year seem as vivid as
yesterday.

So it is with mixed emotion that I share with you my parting. I have
submitted my resignation here at Camp and will be moving westward to
Seattle just after Christmas. My time here at Chingachgook has been
wonderful and my times with the YKnot program, especially over this last

year, have been amazing. But I am also eager to see what new seas lay
ahead of me as I sail off into uncharted waters.

I want to thank you again for all your help and support this past year
and in all my time with YKnot. The memories and experiences I have had
will be with me always. I wish you all the best as YKnot moves forward
and continues to provide the amazing program it sets forth to provide.
I too hope to continue my work with adaptive sailing and have already
looked into volunteer possibilities in the Seattle area. So again,
thank you, for all the amazing experiences and good luck in all your
future endeavors. Sail safe and go where ever the wind takes you!

Be in peace,

Brian K. Lind
