[Yknot-list] Y-Knot Call for Volunteers

This Saturday, April 29th, Y-Knot will be holding the final work party of
the spring to prepare six Martin 16s for the coming sailing season. This is
really a makeup session. Last weekend we got rained out. The weather
forecast for this Saturday is sunny and in the 60s. So please come if you
can.

 

We really need your help.  

 

To say the least, we have much to do and we’re running out of time to do it!
Saturday’s session will be dedicated to finishing up a few repairs,
replacing control line on all of the boats and cleaning up the boats. I
think 8-10 volunteers will get it done.

 

If you can make it, report to the pavilion by 10:00am Saturday morning. I
would estimate that we would be done at 3pm or so.  

 

Y-Knot has a very busy season ahead and it would be fantastic to start it
with all of the boats ready to go. If you are planning to attend, or have
any questions, please reply to this email ASAP, or give me a call @
466-9875.

 

Finally, please feel free to forward this email to anyone you feel might be
interested in helping out.
