1.Spending the Reeve Foundation Money
- a discussion about spending the approximate $4,500 in CRPF monies by
the end of July and sending a report
to update the foundation
- autohelm monies of $634 paid to BJ Henry for our first electric boat controls
- board voted $1,000 for a new lift from Barrier Free Systems
- board voted to purchase new chest straps for all 5 boats [approximately 8
straps at $8.50]
- board voted to purchase 2 spreaders to hold slings [estimated $200]
- board voted to get a price quote to get the autohelm repaired
- board voted for a new electric bilge and jumpseat [$350]
- board voted $1,100 for a spinnaker kit for a Martin
- board voted to create a seating committee and eventually invest 600 in the
adaptability of the Rainbows
2. Y-Knot Presence at Mobility Cup and other events
- board voted to send 4 boats to Montreal, Burlington, and Mobility Cup

3. Y-Knot Community Sailing Program
- Spencer and Ron lead discussion of the idea of a community sailing program
- board voted to accept the new rates
