Y-Knot Membership Information
Y-Knot Sailing offers you an opportunity for you to join the Y-Knot family and support our programs and growth. Your Y-Knot membership dues will be fully committed to Y-Knot operations at YMCA Camp Chingachgook on Lake George and beyond.
We also plan to make full use of our expanded fleet (now six!) of specially adapted Martin 16s, with ongoing sailing instruction by experienced Lake George sailors.
Join Y-Knot for as little as $25 per year! Choose from a range of membership levels that fit your budget. Please consider sponsoring a membership for individuals with disabilities with limited resources.
If you’re an interested sailor with a disability and resources are an issue please request a membership scholarship (see membership form).
Membership levels are as follows:
$250 Rainbow (Family/Benefactor)
$100 Admiral (Family/Supporter)
$50 Captain (Family)
$25 Crew (Individual)
In addition to supporting Y-Knot programming, members receive the following benefits:
- Attend all clinics and sailing days for free!
- Free group sailing instruction on scheduled sailing days
- Discounts on sailboat chartering
- Discounts on overnight lodging at Camp Chingachgook
- Opportunity to represent Y-knot at regional regattas
- Opportunity to connect with great folks!
