Y-Knot is governed by an all-volunteer Board of Managers that meets several times a year. Daily operations of the group are handled by various committees. Check the calendar for Board meeting dates.

Board members are elected for a three-year term, and may serve two consecutive terms.

*Serving a second term. After two consecutive terms on the board, an individual must leave the board for at least one year before re-joining.
